
Tracking & Viewing Asset Details
When you select an asset from the map items panel, the asset details section displays the following information:

Asset description,
-
General asset information,
-
Tracking features, and
-
Sensor information.
General Information
When you click an asset from the map items panel, the general information section displays with the following information:
Tracking Map:
Displays the current location and the asset status. This map also has its own set of control buttons to zoom in or zoom out.
Location:
The last reported address location of the selected asset is also displayed below the tracking map.
Resource Description:
If a resource has been assigned to the selected asset, the resource description is displayed.
Asset Direction:
Displays the direction the asset is travelling i.e (NW, SW, N)
Asset Speed:
Displays the speed the asset is travelling based on the asset's last position.
Note: The units of measurements (Km’s or Mi) display based on the user's account settings.
Asset Tracking Features
You can view an asset related tracking features from the details section of the map items panel. The tracking features include the following options:
Nearby:
The nearby feature displays a list of all the closest assets and their distance from the selected one. The number on the right-hand side of nearby displays the total number of nearby assets.
Zoom To:
The zoom to feature allows you to focus on the main map as close as possible on a selected asset by centring around it and highlighting it in blue.



Trip Replay
The Trip Replay feature provides you with the route and additional aspects that were involved in a trip. You are able to access the information about the selected asset’s speed, position, and readings from sensors for each position taken during a specific time period.
Note: Fleet Complete defines a trip from ignition On to ignition Off.
When you select this option, a new tab opens and displays the trip replay screen for the selected asset. The trip replay screen is organized into the following sections:

On the left side of the screen is the Trip Replay Panel

In the top right corner of the screen is the Map Toolbar

The majority of the screen that is visible is the Map Area

The lower portion of the screen is the visual Progress Graph

1. TRIP REPLAY PANEL
The Trip Replay Panel displays the details of a specific trip. The panel on the left-hand side of the screen displays the following information:
Date Range:
By default, the date range section displays all the completed trips for the current day plus the previous full day.
You can change the Date Range to access up to 12 months of historical data (or as far back as when your devices were installed if it has been less than one year).
Trip Summary:
Below the date range section, a summary displays of the trips in the replay period for the selected dates including:

Total number of trips,
-
Total distance travelled,
-
Fuel economy based on the fuel tank capacity
-
Total idling for the trip as a percentage

Rule Summary:
Below the trip summary section, a rule violation summary displays the total amount of rules that were triggered within the replay period including:
-
Speeding
-
Harsh Braking
-
Cornering
-
Racing, and
-
Rapid Acceleration
Trips:
Below the rule violation section, the Total Trips section displays and is organized by Time and Date. When you choose a trip, the selected trip highlights in black. Each trip displays the following information:

Start Time and End Time of the trip
-
Start Address and End Address of trip
-
A summary of the trip including duration for the trip, total distance traveled, fuel economy and the Idling percentage
2. TRIP REPLAY - MAP TOOLBAR

In the trip replay map toolbar, you will find similar features to the main tracking screen. Please note, there is an additional Export Button on the top right-hand corner. The map toolbar displays the following information:
Search Map Field:
Located at the top left of the screen is the search map field and it enables you to find locations on the map. As this field is powered by Google Maps, places such as restaurants, hotels, service stations can be easily located.
Export Button
This button opens a new tab and displays a PDF document with all the data for the specified trip including Directional Icon, Date, Time, Speed and Address.
Alerts Button
This button displays a drown down list of all the rules and their corresponding alert messages that have been triggered. An alert message contains the following information: Asset name, resource name if applicable, event description, event address and event time.
Map Layers
This button displays a drop-down menu that allows you to select Roadmap or Earth View.
3. TRIP REPLAY - PROGRESS GRAPH

The lower portion of the trip replay screen is a visual progress graph that displays the different events that took place during the trip including:

Blue cells = Idling
Green cells = Moving
Red Indicators = Speeding over the limit events
Dark Blue indicators = Harsh Braking events
Yellow indicators = Harsh Cornering events
Purple indicators = Racing events
Dark Green indicators = Rapid acceleration events
You can also automatically replay the trip’s positions by using the media controls buttons located on the left side of the screen. When the trip is replayed the application highlights each position from beginning to end.
4. TRIP REPLAY - MAP AREA
The map area displays a visual representation of every position taken for the asset within the selected trip. The blue pin indicates the start point of the trip while the red pin indicates the end point of the trip. Each position on the map displays the direction in which the asset was traveling at the time when the position was taken.
If violation events are triggered at any time during a trip, they display with their respective colored Triangle Violation icons on the map and in the rule violation section. To see the details of any violation event, hover your mouse over the event on the map area.
Note: For assets with handheld devices, position display as solid green circles.

Breadcrumbs:
The Breadcrumbs feature provides you with all of the positions for the selected asset for the most recent 24 hours. You are able to access the information about the selected asset’s speed, address, and readings from sensors for each position taken during a specific time period.
When you select this option, a new tab opens and displays the breadcrumbs screen for the selected asset. The breadcrumbs screen is organized into the following sections:

The top of the breadcrumbs screen displays the Toolbar

Below the Toolbar is the Map Area of all the positions taken for an asset

The lower part of displays the Position Data for a selected time period for an asset
1. BREADCRUMBS - TOOLBAR

Map Toolbar
In the upper portion of the screen, the Toolbar displays the following information:
Date Selector:
By default, the date range section displays the current date.
Start Hour Selector:
By default, the hour section displays the current hour.
Hour Selector:
By default, the Hour section displays 24 hours.
Note: The smaller the Hour Selector parameter you choose, the more meaningful data set displays.

2. BREADCRUMBS - MAP AREA
The Map Area displays a visual representation of every position taken for the asset within the selected date and time range. Each position on the map displays the direction in which the asset was travelling at the time when the position was taken.
Note: For assets with handheld devices, position display as solid green circles.

3. BREADCRUMBS - POSITION DATA
The lower part of the breadcrumbs screen displays all of the data for every position taken for the asset within the selected date and time range. Each position includes the following information:
Date & Time, Asset Status, Address, Speed, Speed Limit, Ignition Status, Valid GPS Status, and Reason Code.

Sensor Information
In the lower part of the map items panel displays the Sensor Information for the selected asset. Depending on your sensors installed, this section displays the default sensors of the asset and their values.
Note: If a sensor does not have a value, it will not be displayed
